Each year brings a new challenge in my Intuitive career and though I do not see myself as a ghost buster, the intrigue of the phone call I got one evening was too interesting to pass down. A Latina bar across from the Post Office wanted a clearing. It seems restless behavior is seen in clients that come to listen to the bands. They run out, sit back down, run back out with a feeling of agitation they can't explain. The bands are good quality, nice dance floor, so there is nothing to correct except call a Psychic.
DAY 1 * VISIT TO THE OLD TRAIN DEPOT
A pretty Latina woman is behind the counter and I tell her I am here to do an "energy clearing" in the club. A frantic look crosses her face. She calls the boss, tells me hes not in and maybe later. We ask if we can see the inside of the club. She points to a door that is banging backl and forth is a gusty Iowa wind. As Karen and I enter, theres the boss. He knows no English.
"ENERGY?" I explain. Boss does not understand. "SPIRITS?"
"AHHHHH.....See....Spirits?" now he looks confused.
The boss takes us outside the creaking front door to the food trailer.
"ENERGY" I explain again. This time she understands.
"Ohhhhhhhh.....we thought you were from the electrical company! Energy! Yes!"
Happily the food woman and boss escort Karen and I inside for a closer look.
DESCRIPTION OF THE OLD TRAIN DEPOT BUILDING
On entering the inner sanction of the club, one sees immediately an immense black curtained stage. The stage looks as if it were from an old opera house, or vintage building. All energy I get is drawn immediately to this place of entertainment on the far East wall.
The next feature ones eyes land on is the huge scuffed warehouse floor before the stage. Essence of ware house heavy equipment, work boots and intense labor pock mark the surface, clashing with the elegance of the dramatic stage.. "Where are you experiencing the strange energy?" I ask. The boss points to the middle of the room before the nice wood dance floor where tables and chairs would go.
"I hear this used to be an old train depot." I comment. Yes they knew this and said the historical society had many pictures and much information on the building.
Suddenly, as if the club were speaking through us, into us, we all began to chatter quickly in unison.
"The passengers are still waiting for the train!" Of course. Here the essence of years of history, a place where family, lovers, fathers mothers, grandchildren waited for trains to take them away, for loved ones to arrive to "Leave" and take home, was the possible cause of why people felt drawn to scurry away in a frenzy. The historical energy of folks who stayed only a short time to "leave" was running rampant in an area where the club wanted people to stay.
MY CASSETTE TAPED READING ON BUILDING ENERGY
At 1:30pm today I bring a large door shaped mirror to set on the stage. I will do readings at a table in the area of "leaving" energy. What does the building want to tell me? What dynamics does the "energy" have to voice for the owners of the club. With a microphone in a stand near me I will record the reading onto cassette, as well as give plenty of pause for frequencies or "communication" . It may very well be there will be none. My experience with taping readings is that the unexpected comes through.
THE CLEARING CEREMONY
I will play soothing Feng Shui music on the clubs CD player. Four white candles, north, south, east and west
will be lit to balance the energies of fame {south}, family {east}, play {west}and money {north}. I will ask the pretty Latina woman to spray her Holy Water from the church and say a catholic prayer.
This will be followed by burning incense in a white ceramic bowl, and walking in all parts of the club giving blessings of joy, wealth, happiness, balance.
I will end the clearing by having us all hold hands and meditating on the energy to leave. I will request and meditate that the "energy" catch its final train through the portal of the mirror on the stage. This is their chance to be released of the club. Energy can be strong, and does not have to be ghosts or spirits. Years of repetitive intent creates a hologram of stuck energy.
CEREMONY ENDING WITH ANOTHER READING ON BUILDING
In the intent of seeing a loved one leave for their train, I will say good bye to the building energy through the cards. I will ask the building how it feels. If the building speaks of more distress, I will come back for another clearing. If there is relief and happiness in the energy, I will take my mirror and candles and go home.
LASTLY I WILL CLEANSE THE ENERGY OF EACH PERSON ATTENDING
It is traditional and wise to clear the energy of the people attending. In this case I will be burning religious jasmine incense raising the white bowl up and around each one attending.
THE BEST IS YET TO COME
This is my plan, for today's old train depot clearing. There will be pictures taken for possible orbs or spirit energy. Of course any thing can happen. One thing for sure. I am not a ghost buster. I am an energy clearer. If by chance the energy is darker in nature then I believe, I will leave the matter of ghost busting to another more qualified then I am.
