ABOUT MY CHANNELED GUIDANCE 

When a client comes to me for channeled guidance I ask that they start our session by telling me as little as possible.

From here I confirm all thoughts on my clients matter with a well worn deck of Tarot.  {Someone asked me once, "Do you need to buy a new deck of cards Annie?"} It is my preference to use a deck that has fully absorbed all of my energy prints. WHAT IS REIKI-HOT STONE-HYPNOTHERAPY?

I certified in Trans-personal hypnotherapy in 2004, and became attuned in Reiki in 2008.  I had been intrigued by the nurturing properties of warm Basalt Stones for years.  I also became aware that the warm soothing properties of the stones put my clients into a calm that was equal to 20 minutes of hypnotherapy relaxation. Clients were extremely receptive as they went into a luscious soothing twilight sleep.  The process:

• My fully clothed client lies on a heated massage table.   
• Warm Basalt Stones are placed on the 7 Chakra points of the body, {pelvic, stomach, solar plexus., heart region, throat, forehead and crown. } In addition warm stones are placed  in the arm pits, under the knees, back and feet.
•  I follow this with a soothing hypnotherapy of chakra colors and feelings, leading to a roof top in an indigo sky of stars.  Here they meet their angels. 
• Through out the combination of stones and Reiki, I interject the goals and creative intentions my client desires for their life.

Bridges of Recovery: Past Life, Broken Heart and Death

In Past Life sessions, clients are sometimes asked to visualize their boat going under a bridge to the other side. Here their past life awaits them. A broken heart can feel crippling until the bridge is crossed to recovery.  In death, often a 2 week time frame is seen and felt as the loved one crosses the bridge to eternal light.

Older Women - Younger Men

I have been happily married to a man 16 years younger then I am for 11 years.

Did I look for that to happen?  Heavens no.  We had to decide to overlook the discrimination. But the funny thing is this.  He has gray hair.  I haven't even got one strand of it. His back goes out constantly.  Mine never does.  I can skip circles around him.

But the oddest thing is he ACTS 16 years older then me.  Constantly he is stressed about my youthful openness to the world and feels driven to protect me from what he feels is my "over-trust".  It is not easy to be with a man that acts like my Father. {again, he's 16 yrs younger then I am}

It comes to this. He is an old soul.  And I have learned to adjust to his cautious nature despite his "older" attitude...his back aches.....his gray hair.....I have seen tough times and know that no relationship is completely safe and for any relationship to last 11 years as we have, is not easy.  I have enclosed a picture of us taken last year:

Hoarding the Wounded

One of the greatest rules that Nurturers can remember is that its OK to heal and guide broken winged birds, wounded animals and needy acquaintances. Its not OK to allow personal space to lose its boundaries so that one has nothing left to give, emotionally or financially . Becoming a  slave to the addiction to "helping"  lost souls, may secretly be a way to silence a personal cry for empowerment. One day the worst possible scenario can happen.  Waking up and realizing there is  nothing left to give..no more money to loan, or food to spare puts the hoarder in the position of  being labeled "the abuser."

Often the homeless or broken just go to the next emotional hoarder and reap the benefits of stroking their ego.  For over packed helpless animals or adapted children, the "hoarder of the wounded" risks being hauled away to court, headlined in the papers and radio as the worst possible villain.  Better to guide with boundaries, and avoid the pang of being mislabeled.  The purpose of healing is for the wounded ones to recover and fly free, inspired and healthy. It is important to announce when you have reached over load.  It is not healthy to stay in relationships with the wounded and lost simply because one desperately needs to be needed.

SIGNS YOU ARE A HOARDER OF THE WOUNDED

•  You go out of your way to help, asking for nothing back in return ever.

• Every  room and corner is filled with lost people or animals. Space and privacy are completely gone.
• Crates, trailers, garages and kennels are filled to the max with animals lost and purchased.
• You go out of your way to be friends with lost souls, going out of your way to become their leader and guide.
• You go out of your way to avoid strong healthy people, as they make you uncomfortable.

•  Your life begins to look like a crash pad for the homeless

•  You begin to lend money for the thrill of being “owed to”. The rules are all on your terms.

•  Your relationships consist of lost souls that never get it together.

•  You only feel comfortable around rejected people. {They never feel you are really one of them and even check you for wires, using your strength as a cover up.}

•  Your so busy catching everyone else when they fall, you forget what its like to have people catch YOU when you fall.

Please know I am not advocating turning a blind eye to the helpless....but keeping your boundaries. 

HEAL THYSELF FIRST, TO HEAL OTHERS

•  Understand that people will see you as who you are...regardless of who and what you "save".

•  Set boundaries to curb your self from loaning money out knowing full well you won't be paid back..

•  Reach out to someone you feel is as strong as you are. Balance your circle of friends with strong and the wounded.

• Take in only enough animals that you can afford to feed and take to the Vet comfortably. One sick animal can kill all your pets. Over crowding is inhumane....not compassionate.

•  When you hear the inner voice of  insecurity beat you up around strong people, hold your head high, lower your voice pitch and speak slowly.You need strong people too!

•  Allow others to heal you when you’re sad. You will be cherished more.

•  A good rule of thumb is to help selflessly away from home at shelters, but not to let your home  become a YCA or Animal Shelter.  Reason with your self.

•  Everyone needs boundaries. Nurture with love unconditionally, help out in shelters and avoid being mislabeled when your compassionate heart takes on too much .

Remember even Jesus and Buddha healed the broken, but went home to their equal minded Tribe for support, love and honor.

Email Reading: Should I stay or Go? {Is it Love or Drama?}

1 How does Jordan feel about me and what does he have to offer me in the future? 

Lorie the following dynamics came up on Jordan's feelings for you

• He feels lonely without you….but refuses to acknowledge how much you mean to him, or even be a friendly man at times to you.

• At times when Jordan really feels like covering his heart and soul's need for you he becomes totally arrogant.

• He loves to undermine your sense of security.
• He does this because how he feels for you is very confusing to him and controls him.
• He hates it when you can read his thoughts or feelings.  

WHAT DOES HE HAVE TO OFFER ME?

This has a 2-fold good and bad Lorie.  

•            Jordan can offer you the challenge of trying to get his respect.   Seen is that in other words you have a love hate relationship with Jordan's lack of respect.  It both intrigues you and hurts you at the same time. There is constant drama in the anxiety he creates within you. {Look out you do not call this "anxiety" ....."love".  

•            Jordan can offer you a Magnetic connection like no one else you know.  The sexual and spiritual magnetic connection you have together makes Jordan confusing though. Why?

•            Jordan's behavior makes you work twice  as hard to be "predictable"….as if you are trying to set a good example for him to follow….{This he will not follow as he does not treat you with respect and you are available anyway.}  Your messages are mixed Laurie,  as seen in the cards.

Lori what your child needs most from you before I even read, is good role models.  Your child will imitate the behavior of the adults in life.  Seen is your childs need  for:

In conclusion, I understand your passion for Matt is not strong and that this makes you feel doubt.  Jordan makes you feel alive, even though his lack of respect makes you deeply sad.  The final choice REALLY lies with your child.  Which man is most like what you want your child's personality to copy? 3 STEPS TO CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS

1. Take a break with an active distraction – go for a walk, talk with a trusted counselor, or meet friends in a social setting. {Communicating and sharing ideas helps problem-solving. This leads to an increased sense of belonging, reduces loneliness and helps us to deal with whatever life throws at us.}

• She also found that once that pattern was broken and the overthinker was doing something pleasant, it made her mood more positive,

2. Mentally yell “STOP!” when you find yourself overthinking. Visualizing a stop sign will help reinforce the signal to your subconscious to give it a rest. {Do this for 8 minutes.}

3. “Listen for others’ voices – the voices of family, friends, and pop culture that support you in a positive way to feel and act,” suggests Susan.
• Avoid well-meaning friends who only depress you – this could convince you even more that you’re right to be negative.

Make a mental effort to start as soon as possible to look and feel better. Obsessive worry and thoughts will take quality life away from you.

Spiritualists Leaving Partners of Darkness

For many light workers it gets to the point where the union with someone that can’t stand their sunny attitude, creates a dull shade of gray within.  Choosing to live with one’s opposite can be either funny, or spiritual suicide. Choosing to be a cool breeze and rainbows of light, living with shadows of negativity, aloofness and anger can become lonely.  On the other hand, a perfect landscape has both sun and shade to play in.

But when “the grey” happens, the spiritual attitude “opposites” tend to take over the landscape.  The play stops. At this point staying in the spiritually grey relationship is like choosing spiritual suicide.  Many Light Workers are deciding at this point to stop abusing their Angels with negative inner chatter and move on. But why do light workers stay in grey relationships? Five different people will choose five completely different choices to escape a negative situation.  An example of this is how people choose to escape abuse.

5 PEOPLE THAT EXPERIEINCED ABUSE, REACT DIFFERENTLY

Five people that have experienced rape, abuse, intolerable living situations can take that life experience and work with it differently.  What are some of those choices?

PERSON ONE – Repeats their past by choosing to live in adult abuse.

PERSON TWO – Chooses to become a mega millionaire to prove self worth

PERSON THREE – Chooses to become a therapist for people going through abuse.

PERSON FOUR – Chooses drugs and alcohol to escape their past.

PERSON FIVE - Chooses to shut them selves away in fear.

LEAVING IS A PERSONAL CHOICE.  DON’T FIGHT THE LIGHT

One day you wake up and you just KNOW its time to leave.   It’s like waking up to a poster on your wall you used to love, realizing you have grown and the poster feels childish. The longer you leave it up, the more you may even begin to hate it.  The problem is you can take the poster down off your wall.  A relationship needs compassionate and considerate separation.

Many light workers are realizing the most compassionate choice is to not live a lie.  It becomes impossible to live, teach or have friends of light, if a relationship becomes suffocating and exhausting. Perhaps the best choice is to not fight the light. Allow your angels to guide you to the best path. Stop fighting it.

Crop Circle Symbology....Tarot Symbology

Symbols are all around us.  Both Crop Circles and Tarot are tools of symbolism..There is a joy in opening ones mind, heart and soul to symbology.  It isn't about memorizing specefic meanings but observing the symbolse in a vulnerable and open way.
